Steele Mazda St. Johns is seeking a Lot Attendant/Valet to join our team!
Located at 220 Kenmount Rd, St. John's NL, A1B 4J8
As a Lot Attendant/Valet with Steele Mazda St. Johns, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our service customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer service expertise while contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing our client’s experience.
Please note: This role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to specific National Occupational Classification (NOC) requirements.
What you will do:
- Safely and efficiently assisting service clients when bringing their vehicles in for appointments
- Be a "hands on" coordinator for the service drive thru area
- Adhere to proper sanitizing guidelines of client vehicles
- Wash clients' vehicles prior to them picking them up from service
- Responsible for the organization and storage of customer tires
- Enhance the store's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
What you bring to the table:
- Able to drive manual shift vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
- Good organization and learning skills.
- Valid drivers’ license with an acceptable drivers abstract
