The Office Administrator will primarily be involved with daily administrative duties such as reception, coordinating deliveries/mailings, answering phones and assisting as required. They will also be involved with invoicing/billing of our accounts and clients.
**Schedule:**Full Time
Summary of Position:

Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication.

Answer all incoming telephone calls & be the first point of contact to our customers.

Arrange and handle monthly staff orders for office supplies.

Distribute daily incoming mail & take care of all outgoing mailings.

Maintain company contacts.

General filing and photocopying.

Training team members on policies and work procedures
-
Inputting information into the computer
-
Help management on projects
-
Schedule staff hours
-
Input payroll
-
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma with at least 1 year of experience as an office administrator. Further consideration will be given to those with post-secondary education/business training.

Exemplary written, verbal and computer-oriented communication skills.

Strong customer service, accounts payable and receivable skills.
-
Strong overall computer and internet skills.
-
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite preferred,Excel is mandatory.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
