Our service receptionist ensures service customers are directed to the proper service employee on the telephone, always leaving a warm & professional first impression of the dealership. If this is you, you’re just what we’re looking for!

What You'll be Doing:

• Answer phones & relay messages for the service department
• Assess service customer needs over the phone and guide them to the appropriate dealership employee
• Maintain a tidy and organized service reception area
• Administrative duties as assigned such as filing, organizing, copying and scanning work orders & documents
• Perform other duties as required/requested by management.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills & data entry skills are required
• Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task is necessary
• Previous Customer Service and/or dealership experience an asset.
