Buckland is looking for a Warehouse Administrator
What you’ll be doing
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting the day to day administrative and coordination functions within the warehouse environment. This includes organizing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, coordinating with drivers, carriers, service providers, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for
- Support the efficient flow of goods through accurate documentation, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines.
- Manage shipment records, documentation, labels, and warehouse paperwork.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with drivers, carriers, and 3PL providers.
- Track and trace shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain and update warehouse systems, logs, and spreadsheets.
- Create and maintain Excel worksheets and other tracking tools as required.
- Assist with dispatch activities, including domestic and cross border documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
- Ensure the warehouse office area remains organized and presentable.
- Support customs related paperwork and processes as required.
- Assist in other administrative areas of the facility as needed.
What we need from you
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or related support.
- Knowledge of logistics or cross border shipping processes an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
