##The Role - What You'll Do:
As a Kitchen Manager at Smitty’s, you’ll lead the back-of-house team and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards every day.
Lead, coach, and develop your back-of-house team
Manage scheduling, labor, and daily kitchen operations
Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
️ Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Smitty’s standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
- Keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with front-of-house and handle guest feedback professionally
Identify opportunities to improve performance, systems, and results
##The Requirements - What You Need:
✔️ Experience in kitchen or hospitality leadership
✔️ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔️ Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
