We are hiring for a Full-Time/ Part-Time Equipment Cataloguing Summer Intern with a wage range of $20.00 - $22.00 at our Operations Office in Stony Plain, AB.
Reporting to the Director of Store Planning, the Equipment Cataloguing Project Intern will create and implement a QR Code system for all working equipment that will link to the following:
- Equipment information and identification
- Operating and training manuals
- Maintenance and cleaning information
The Equipment Cataloguing Project Intern will be responsible for the implementation of the program to all stores throughout the province.
This role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to contribute to operational effectiveness and grow in a fast-paced retail operations environment.
What you Bring:
- Currently enrolled in a business, operations, construction management, or similar post-secondary program
- Office or maintenance administration experience is an asset
- Ability to travel to various store locations across Alberta as required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work fully in-office independently or as a team
- Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
- Basic coding skills
