Donation Attendant is a customer service role responsible for providing excellent service while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment. As a Donation Attendant, you will contribute to Goodwill's mission by supporting the success of the donated goods retail business, helping to create jobs and opportunities within the community, and promoting environmental sustainability through the reuse and recycling of donated goods.

What You Will Do:

Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion for our mission when greeting donors.

Sort donations into Goodwill's categories for processing
-
Maintain accurate daily counts of donors
-
Maintain acceptable product standards.

Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.

Contribute to teamwork with added activities

Help to keep the donor area look clean, organized and safe
What We Are Looking For:

Enthusiasm: excited to work with other people and teams.

Flexibility: able to work at various times, including days, evenings, and weekends.
