What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Aquatic Centre Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service
Representative will be the first point of contact for the aquatic facility, delivering exceptional
customer service and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. This role includes general
cleaning in the front lobby and other areas of the facility and also requires availability to work a
flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of MS Office
• Current Standard First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
• Current CPR C / AED Certificate (within 1 year)

In the interview we will be looking for someone who exhibits the following competencies:

• A sense of initiative, with the ability to complete tasks independently
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to deliver friendly, helpful, and solutions-focused customer service
• A priority on safety, with the ability to prevent dangerous situations, recognize the signs of an emergency, and take appropriate action
