Tasks

• Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to the biopsychosocial needs of assigned patients or groups
• Assess health status, develop, and implement therapeutic and care plans
• Initiate and administer nursing and medical treatments to maintain, restore, or prevent health issues
• Prescribe, in accordance with regulations, tests, treatments, medications, and dressings related to wound care and public health
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate health education for patients, their families, and groups
• Participate in research on health promotion and disease prevention

Job requirements

• Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (mandatory).
• Active member in good standing of the OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Quebec) (mandatory).
• Relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
• Availability to work variable schedules.
