Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in reception, customer care, or a similar customer‑facing role
- Friendly, positive communicator with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable managing a busy multi‑line phone system
- Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and comfortable learning CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket)
- Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
**Schedule:**Part‑Time; Monday to Thursday: 3:00pm–7:00pm & Friday: 12:00pm–6:00pm
Compensation:$18–$20 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Phone & Switchboard: Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, clerical tasks, and general front‑desk duties
- Payment Processing: Process payments for services and products accurately and efficiently
- Support sales and service teams with additional administrative tasks as required
