Position Title: Janitor
Regent Christian Academy Society serves children and families across our campus schools, online school, and early learning programs. We focus on strong academics, whole-child development, and a Christ-centred environment where students grow in character and purpose. Our teams work hard, care deeply, and move fast to support a growing and dynamic school community.
Reports to: Facilities Manager
Overview: A short-term summer role focused on the deep-cleaning and revitalization of our facilities. This position is vital for ensuring our school is a healthy and welcoming space for the return of students.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, and high-traffic areas.
· Assist with floor care, window cleaning, and furniture rearrangement.
· Support the facilities team with various seasonal maintenance tasks.
**Core Competencies **
· Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
· Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Compensation & Benefits:
● Pay: CA $19.85 hourly
● Benefits: Extended Health & Dental, Pension plan available upon eligibility.

Requirements & Qualifications:
· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
· Basic understanding of safety and cleaning protocols.
