We are currently seeking an Office Clerk to join our The Pas, MB Terminal.

Duties And Responsibilities

Enters bills and invoices into the software system

Minimum bills entered per hour 40 Maximum error rate 2% Scans pro bills into the Accordex imaging system Reviews and verify incoming bills Participate in cross-training for other departmental functions Pick up verification on incoming bills Practices safe work initiatives Partakes in team activities Support the billing team in daily operations

Qualifications

Completion of High School, with a minimum typing speed of 50-70 words per minute, accurately. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with previous data entry experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills. Knowledge of the transportation industry is considered an asset.
