The Role

We are looking for reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented team members to join our Property Care division as a Lawn-Cutter / Property Care Crew Member.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful properties, and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll help maintain high-end residential properties to an exceptional standard while contributing to the overall appearance and upkeep of each site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

• General property upkeep and landscape maintenance

• Garden bed maintenance including weeding and mulching as needed

• Assisting with seasonal clean-ups and landscape enhancements

• Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites

• Working collaboratively with the Property Care team to deliver consistently high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

• Enjoyment of outdoor work and physical activity

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Experience operating lawn and landscaping equipment is an asset

• Valid driver’s license is an asset

• Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$25/hour based on experience
