Responsibilities
Oversee daily maintenance operations and manage work orders efficiently
Conduct initial assessments, take photos, and upload them for work orders Deliver and install RYPM-specific items such as fire extinguishers, lock boxes, and real estate signs Generate new work orders as needed and provide detailed assessments for the Maintenance Department Perform additional tasks such as key copying, door closer installation, lock changes, TV mount installation, lock changes and more
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in a similar maintenance or handywork role Valid driver's license and access to a functional vehicle Vehicle capacity to transport at least 4' x 4' of plywood Proficient with hardware tools and power equipment Highly organized and effective communicator Able to work both independently and in a team setting Must own an iPhone for job-related communications Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
