Mission:
To safely and efficiently manufacture, assemble, and refurbish motor coils and related traction motor components that meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. The Production Worker follows standardized processes, maintains attention to detail, and supports consistent production output. Through teamwork and adherence to safety and quality procedures, this role helps ensure reliable products and on-time delivery to customers.

###Outcomes Needed

-Quality: 98% of assembled units meet quality control standards with no rework required. -Productivity/efficiency: Consistently complete assigned assembly tasks within or ahead of standard cycle times while maintaining quality standards. -Safety: Maintain a 100% safety record — no incidents or safety violations. -Attendance: Maintain 98% on-time attendance with no unexcused absences.
