The Business Insights Analyst will support Petline’s Operations team by providing timely reporting, digital funnel insights, and performance analytics across key channels. This includes ongoing analysis of direct channel sales performance, lead ‑ scoring outcomes, sales and quote mix trends, and weekly sales performance across digital and customer care.

The Analyst will build and automate reporting dashboards, synthesize trends into clear insights for leaders, and partner cross ‑ functionally with Operations, Digital Performance and Marketing, Sales, and Technology. This role is critical to reducing operational bottlenecks, strengthening KPI governance, and supporting the successful execution of Petline ’ s roadmap.

What can you expect in this role?

• Digital Funnel & Performance Analysis - Analyze digital traffic, funnel conversion metrics, and channel performance, including weekly sales performance across digital and customer care.
• Reporting & KPI Development - Build and maintain KPI dashboards for operational performance reports. Deliver clear, concise insights to operational and leadership teams.
• Automation & Data Enablement - Automate recurring reports where possible. Support data quality, structure, and enablement to ensure accuracy and consistency across KPI reporting and forecasting.
• Business Support & Ad ‑ Hoc Analysis - Support Operations and other partners with ad ‑ hoc analysis, business case inputs, and insights tied to lead optimization, sales performance, and digital behaviour trends to inform decision ‑ making across initiatives.

What do you bring to this role?

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in analytical field such as Math, Statistics, Engineering, Business. Marketing knowledge/experience also an asset.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in an analytical or quantitative role. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker, Tableau, Data analysis, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Excel, PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $51,300-$94,400

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
