Program Highlights

18-Month Rotational Journey – Gain hands-on experience across sales functions including business development, account management, customer solutions, and sales analytics & enablement.

Customer Engagement – Work directly with clients, learning how to position Armstrong’s differentiated solutions and deliver measurable value.

Value & Solution Selling – Master Armstrong’s scientific and consultative approach to sales, focusing on solving customer challenges.

Learning & Mentorship – Develop your technical, commercial, and leadership skills through structured training and personalized mentorship.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Service, and Engineering teams to bring innovative customer solutions to market.
What We’re Looking For
-Education– A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields); candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply. -Early Exposure to Sales or Projects– Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued. -Communication Skills– Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences. -Analytical Skills– Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions (through coursework, projects, or competitions). -Digital Skills– Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, or collaboration platforms is an advantage. -Team Orientation– Track record of working effectively in group projects, student organizations, or part-time jobs that required teamwork and collaboration. -Adaptability– Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and operate in a fast-paced, global business environment. -Drive and Initiative– Evidence of a proactive, self-motivated approach, whether through academics, extracurriculars, volunteer work, or leadership roles. -Values Alignment– Open, authentic, and passionate about contributing to Armstrong’s mission of innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
