**Reports to:**Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Recognize input and process variations
• Monitor molding process, making necessary machine adjustments to ensure finished product specifications are met.
• Inspect and measure production parts to verify components conform to product specifications and established quality requirements.
• Manage and maintain changeover machine parts.
• Test and adjust machine speeds or actions, according to product specifications.
• Monitor operation of machines and troubleshoot problems such as machine jams as needed.
• Set up of rotational molding equipment including mold changes, material changes, filling, part removal, wheel greasing, machine setup and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance daily and complete any mold changes needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace consistent with our GMP and Quality standards.
• Work with maintenance to complete preventive tasks or repairs as needed.
• Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
• Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
• Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
• Other duties as assigned.

Profile

• Background in PET or plastics exposure is an asset
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative to complete work accurately and timely
• Detail oriented and adaptable with excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working at heights or from heights
• NB: Successful candidates will be required to provide photo ID, banking details, a valid SIN number, and (if applicable) a valid work permit
