Job Description
Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Bottle Servers are responsible for delivering a high-energy, VIP-level service experience. This role goes beyond traditional table service—Bottle Servers are expected to drive sales, engage with guests, and contribute to the upbeat, party-style atmosphere that defines Open Aera.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience while maintaining professional and polished service

Promote and sell bottle service and premium beverages with confidence and product knowledge

Maintain a strong presence on the floor, proactively checking in with guests and responding quickly to requests

Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system
-
Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and table setup to meet brand standards
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas throughout the shift
-
Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies at all times
-
Be attentive to guest needs, including special requests and allergies
-
Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of serving or bottle service experience in a high-volume, nightlife, or lounge environment

Smart Serve certification required
-
Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
-
Strong sales ability and comfort working with high-value transactions
-
Confident, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
-
Ability to stay composed and professional in loud, crowded, fast-paced settings
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
High attention to detail and presentation

Solid knowledge of spirits, champagne, and premium beverage service considered an asset
