Membership with CAMFT or OAMFT is an asset. -The clinical expertise. You have a minimum of 2 years of post-Master’s experience providing trauma-informed psychotherapy to youth and families, including crisis management, safety planning and facilitation of psych-educational and group therapy. You have practical experience in assessment, systemic formulation, treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy. You have an in-depth understanding of the impact of trauma, oppression, and structural inequities on youth and families. You can handle crisis situations, and you prioritize self-care. -The cultural competence.
