Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our growing pediatric team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver goal-directed, hands-on interventions that support children's development in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and play.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized therapy plans created by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions with children in home, school, or community settings.

Support children with daily living skills, motor development, sensory processing, and social participation.

Monitor and document client progress and report updates to the supervising OT.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to encourage carryover of therapy strategies at home.

Maintain accurate records and comply with privacy/confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.

Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic or educational setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to various home and community environments.

Access to reliable transportation (required for home visits).

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Vulnerable Sector Check (required prior to start).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00-$90.00 per hour
