As we continue to grow at Edition Dental, we’re looking for an Orthodontist to join our team on a part-time basis (2–4 days per month).

What the Role Looks Like

• Part-time: 2–4 days per month (with potential for additional days)
• Flexible scheduling coordinated with the clinic team
• Opportunity to support additional Anytime Dental locations as desired
• Commission-based independent contractor structure

This role is ideal for an Orthodontist looking to grow a patient base within a premium environment while maintaining flexibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Orthodontic Care & Treatment Planning

• Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment using braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Utilize digital imaging and modern orthodontic technology to support accurate care

Patient Experience & Education

• Educate patients on treatment options, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Deliver a high-touch, patient-centered experience aligned with the Edition Dental brand
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence

Collaboration & Clinical Excellence

• Work closely with general dentists and the clinical team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
• Stay current with advancements in orthodontic techniques and technology
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment

Who You Are

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Orthodontic specialty program
• Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO

You’re also someone who:

• Has strong clinical expertise in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning
• Is experienced with clear aligners and modern orthodontic techniques
• Communicates clearly and confidently with patients
• Delivers a polished, professional, and patient-first experience
• Works well within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Aligns with a modern, aesthetic-focused clinic environment
