Role Automation RPA BA

MustHave

Strong RPA domain knowledge with focus on UiPath analysis handson understanding

Experience creating AsIs and ToBe maps gap analysis and optimization strategies

Expertise in MS Visio for building professional process diagrams

Knowledge of UiPath integrations API calls SharePoint Azure DB connections

Knowledge of GenAI prompt design intelligent automation and AI based solutions

Create detailed Process Design Documents PDD define Exceptions logging and SOPs

Ability to define functional and technical requirements for automation

Strong analytical thinking communication and documentation skills

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of UiPath capabilities components and best practices

Knowledge of UiPath integrations including

oAPI calls REST SOAP services

oSharePoint and OneDrive integrations

oAzure AD Azure Functions Logic Apps and cloud orchestration

oDocument understanding queues attendedunattended bots

Basic handson experience or the ability to understand UiPath workflows Reframework is preferred

Working knowledge of Power Automate flows and environment management

Awareness or foundational understanding of Generative AI AIpowered automation and cognitive automation tools

Good to Have

Exposure to Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere

Handson UiPath development or ability to readdebug UiPath workflows

Experience with Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban

Understanding of cloud platforms

Lead workshops interviews and process walks to capture detailed business requirements
