RPP - Outbound Sales Representative

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will be the voice of our brand—leading conversations that build trust, drive revenue, and create loyal long-term customers. You’ll connect with new and existing customers, uncover their needs, recommend the right solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys making meaningful customer connections while consistently delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with existing and prospective customers to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships
- Execute post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and support customer retention
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plan upgrades, additional lines, and device solutions
- Present and position relevant products and offers during follow-up and outbound sales conversations
- Manage call flow and talk time efficiently while adhering to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Partner with team members to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to quickly establish trust over the phone
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, including upselling and closing
- Self-driven, energetic, and motivated by performance goals and results
- Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, high-performing sales environment
- 1–2 years of outbound call center experience in a sales-focused role
Compensation: $40,000 CAD annually
