Job description
You will join a large and dynamic SAP Competence Center and play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that support complex business requirements across global operations.
Working closely with internal SAP teams, IT departments, business stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to major transformation initiatives and ensure the continuous improvement of SAP processes.
Your main responsibilities include:

Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with global processes.

Propose robust and scalable SAP solutions and perform system configuration.

Prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with SAP developers.
-
Train key users and support change management activities.
-
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Non‑Regression Testing (NRT).
-
Act as module lead on projects and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
-
Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on processes, configurations and system design.
-
Analyze and resolve complex incidents and provide expert-level operational support.
-
Manage enhancements and continuous improvement activities within your SAP domain.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings:

A strong track record as a Senior SAP expert, delivering high‑impact solutions in global environments.

Deep understanding of business processes and SAP integration, especially across SD, MM and EWM.

The ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, future‑proof SAP configurations.

Confidence acting as a functional lead, driving workshops and influencing key decisions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business teams, IT, developers, and external partners.

Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
Professional requirements
Required skills and experience:

7+ years of SAP customizing experience in major implementation or transformation projects.

Strong understanding of ABAP concepts and integration technologies (EDI, API, RFC).

Solid knowledge of business processes and SAP integration, with expertise in SD, MM and EWM.

Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and awareness of recent SAP innovations.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with autonomy in handling complex issues.

Effective communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.

Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
-
Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent; SAP SD and/or MM modules certification is an asset.
