Role: Business Intelligence Developer Contract Length: 6 months (strong potential for extension) Location: Remote

Your New Role As a Business Intelligence Developer (Data Analyst), you will play a key role in building and delivering high-impact reporting and analytics solutions. You’ll design and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets that support fundraising performance, donor insights, campaign effectiveness, and operational decision-making. Working across Salesforce and enterprise data platforms, you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights while improving reporting capabilities, data structures, and overall business value. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and digital partners to enable data-driven strategies and adoption of BI tools across the organization.
What You’ll Need to Succeed 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytics role Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM Analytics Strong proficiency in SQL (MS SQL) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Experience working with CRM data structures and customer/donor datasets Proven ability to develop reporting datasets, dataflows, and curated data models Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or enterprise data platforms Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Background in non-profit, fundraising, or public sector environments Familiarity with campaign analytics, digital marketing data, or predictive analytics
