About Us Canadian LifeCare Learning is an online educational platform focused on healthy lifestyle, personal development, and career-enhancement strategies. We have recently established our core business systems and are seeking a motivated Business Systems & Operations Intern to help maintain, optimize, and manage these systems while supporting team coordination and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Business Systems Management
- Monitor and maintain existing business systems and workflows
- Update SOPs, templates, and operational documents as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure systems remain organized, efficient, and up to date
Team Coordination:
- Follow up with team members regarding assigned tasks
- Help ensure projects and activities stay on track
- Support communication and coordination across departments
- Identify and report operational challenges or bottlenecks
