About the role
Hiring: Operations Manager, Segments & Growth (Hybrid)
Are you a retail banking professional with a passion for process optimization and customer experience? I am currently looking for an Operations Manager, Segments and Growth to join our client's team for a long-term, 24-month contract (with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to FTE!).

In this role, you will be the go-to subject matter expert for resolving campaign and special offer inquiries from branch networks and the customer contact center. If you have a strong risk mindset and love finding ways to streamline operations, we want to hear from you. The Details: Contract Length: 24 months (High possibility of extension / FTE) Location: Hybrid (In-office Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays) Hours: 37.5 hours/week Line of Business: EDB, Segments & Customer Growth Compensation: T4: $30-$36/HR | IC: $40-$42/HR
What You’ll Be Doing: Executing and resolving branch and Virtual Connect inquiries and escalations related to customer campaigns and offers. Developing and maintaining operational dashboards, monthly metrics, and management reporting. Maintaining and updating process documentation. Proposing and implementing process optimization initiatives to accelerate resolution times and boost customer experience.
What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of Retail Banking experience (Product, Operations, Process Management, Branch Banking, or Customer Service). Deep understanding of retail banking products and business processes. A completed Bachelor’s Degree. Strong ability to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously with high attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office. Bonus: Process optimization and automation experience!
