Position: IAM QA Automation Engineer – SailPoint IGA

Seeking an experienced IAM QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and SailPoint IGA. The role focuses on end-to-end testing, automation framework development, IAM validation, and quality assurance across identity and access management platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber. Perform end-to-end testing for SailPoint IGA and IAM-related applications. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scenarios based on business requirements. Manage and coordinate testing activities across large enterprise projects. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing activities. Validate IAM workflows, access provisioning, authentication, and compliance processes. Track defects, analyze test results, and provide testing reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams to ensure delivery quality.

Must-Have Skills

8–10 years of QA/Automation Testing experience. Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IGA / Identity & Access Management testing. Experience writing test scenarios, automation scripts, and test plans. Strong understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with API testing and SQL validation. Exposure to CI/CD and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of IAM lifecycle and compliance processes. Experience with TestNG, Maven, or Jenkins.
