Job Title: ITV Specialist Intern Rail Pass Type: Internship/Co-op (Full-time/Hybrid) Departure and Arrival Date (Start -End): September 2026 - August 2027 (12months, will also consider 16 months) Vacancy: 1 Toronto Location: 100 Consilium Place, Scarborough, ON M1H 3E3 Burnaby Location: 3555 Gilmore Way Burnaby, BC V5G 0B3 Work hours/week: 40 Pay Details: $23-$30 CAD hourly Stations on Your Journey: Welcome and Onboarding Station Intern Orientation Online Onboarding Curriculum Buddy Program for mentorship and guidance Hands-On Work Station Real-world projects with top industry talent Paid internship + paid vacation Hybrid work model A chance to build your career with a global leader driving digital transformation and innovation that helps support sustainable future Networking Station "Ask Me Anything" with the Executive Committee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Social Intern Events: Coffee Breaks, Onsite/Offsite events Business Intern Events: Intern Showcase & Graduation ceremony Company Social Events: Holiday Party, Employee BBQs, Golf tournament, etc. The Intern will work within the ITV team with key directions on providing design, analysis, scripting and testing in the development of software and tools for train control systems of Thales Canada Transportation Solutions Work Term: 12-16 Months Key Accountabilities: Performs integration and test activities in-house as per test plan Prepares test reports which record the pass, fail status of planned tests and identify problems detected during the tests Investigates test anomalies through analysis of data files, design documentation and interaction with development departments Prepares problem reports in the defect tracking system describing test failures and defects Identify test objectives and test cases Keep current with company test processes and methods Develop test scripts, execute tests, and monitor results Develop reusable libraries for various projects.

Adhere to and promote standards for test development best practices

Collaborates and participates to achieve overall project success Provides feedback on test automation frameworks for continues improvement Key Requirements: Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in automated testing. Enthusiastic about new challenges. Strong performer who can bring new ideas for Automation.
