This role combines technical leadership, client-facing ownership, and team enablement across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilit ies- Lead and oversee multiple AWS-based delivery initiatives in paral lel- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakehold ers- Architect and guide cloud solutions leveraging AWS best practi ces- Mentor and enable offshore teams, ensuring progress during distributed working ho urs- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; unblock teams effectiv ely- Drive infrastructure automation and platform matur ity- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to support ML infrastructure, pipelines, and deployme nts- Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and cost-awareness across cloud worklo

ads Required Skills & Experi ence- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering AWS projects, with overall 10+ years of experi ence- Deep understanding of core AWS services (IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, Sagemaker e tc.)- Strong expertise in container technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ EKS)- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK preferred; Terraform accepta ble)- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflow automa tion- Understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including model deployment and ML infrastructure patt erns- Experience owning client communication, technical discussions, and delivery upd ates- Ability to support and unblock teams during offshore working h ours- Self-driven, proactive, and accountable with a strong ownership min
