What You’ll Do: The Merchandising team is responsible for connecting our quality products and services with our customers. The team uses planning and forecasting frameworks and tools to ensure optimal financial results. As a key member of the Merchandising team, you will be at the hub of our retail organization. You will be a part of the exciting future of retail with data ingestion and leveraging digital merchandising to expand the product portfolio, better preparing us to meet and serve the evolving needs of our customers. Our best Analysts are progressive thinkers, with solid experience in retail merchandising/buying, and managing cross-functional partnerships. This group is masterful at project coordination and planning, and have highly accomplished quantitative, problem-solving and time management skills. To be successful in this role, you should have an analytical mindset with a strong understanding of utilizing data in order to create recommendations. The Data Integration Analyst supports and improves enterprise information systems that enable accurate product data integration and eCommerce operations. The role identifies business and system requirements, translates them into operational and technical actions, and ensures information systems function reliably across multiple platforms. Acting as a liaison between business users, vendors, and technology teams, the analyst ensures system integrity, data quality, and successful implementation of system changes in alignment with organizational objectives. Manages end‑to‑end digital product onboarding, including product setup, data validation, status tracking, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely online availability as well as online publication. Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to identify, gather, and document business and system requirements supporting digital onboarding, product activation, and eCommerce workflows. Analyze information system processes to identify data gaps, integration issues, and opportunities to improve data flow, operational efficiency, and system performance. Support vendors in completing product data requirements and provide training on internal systems to improve onboarding accuracy and efficiency. Supports system testing, validation, and root‑cause analysis to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of system changes and data updates Provide ongoing operational and technical guidance to support system integrity, data quality standards, and successful implementation of system improvements. Engage with vendors and business stakeholders to support product onboarding, data quality, and issue resolution, with a focus on ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. Note: The level of vendor-facing interaction may vary based on team priorities and role scope, and will be aligned in partnership with Merchandising leadership What You Bring: You have an undergraduate and/or post graduate diploma/certificate in Business, Commerce, or Retail Management (considered an asset) Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with colleagues or more senior business members Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to adjust style and format as required to suit the audience Ability to tackle multiple tasks, of varying scope, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail Experience in retail or in a digital role is an asset Experience working cross-functionally, including exposure to vendor or external partner interactions, is an asset. Creative and courageous, with the ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold, strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment Action oriented, and comfortable taking calculated risks to better serve our customers and business Outcome focused, critical thinkers with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across our entire business Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward Location: Quarry Park, Calgary (Hybrid: In-office 4 days a week) We’re always looking for great talent! Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
