• Ability to investigate and resolve complex network performance issues.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Radio Frequency Optimization Expert (Nokia SME) to support LTE and 5G network performance initiatives. This individual will serve as a technical expert responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, performing deep-dive analysis, and optimizing Nokia wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on Nokia experience and a strong background in wireless network optimization and root cause analysis.

Day to Day

• Optimize LTE and 5G network performance across Nokia environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues through KPI analysis, traces, and root cause investigations.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of throughput, coverage, and performance problems.
• Support feature trials and new technology deployments.
• Analyze and tune network parameters to improve network performance.
• Work closely with the East Optimization Team to resolve network challenges.
