We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Software Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions supporting next-generation digital healthcare platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the Provincial Health Services Directory (PHSD) by building AI-powered capabilities for healthcare provider discovery, referral intelligence, semantic search, and intelligent navigation. This role requires deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), healthcare interoperability standards, AWS AI services, and secure enterprise AI application development.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, OpenSearch vector search, Java Spring Boot, Python, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR, healthcare data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise AI Development & RAG Solutions (40%)
Design and develop enterprise AI applications using modern LLM architectures. Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using healthcare data sources.
