We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications within a complex public-sector technology environment. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership across front-end, back-end, cloud, API, database, and AI/ML development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, Azure cloud services, database technologies, DevOps practices, and modern software architecture patterns. Experience developing AI/ML solutions, including computer vision models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV, is highly desirable.

Full Stack Application Development & Engineering Excellence (55%)

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale full stack applications. Translate technical specifications into scalable, production-ready software solutions.

Develop front-end applications using

React.js Next.js Node.js Modern responsive UI frameworks Develop back-end services using: Python FastAPI .NET Core Services Web API C# Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations. Develop reusable, testable, and scalable software components. Build secure, high-performing applications using modern development practices.

Design and optimize database solutions using

Azure SQL Server SQL Server Oracle Cosmos DB Redis Cache Implement database optimization techniques including: Stored procedures Triggers Functions Query optimization Performance tuning Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Support application deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and production issues.

AI / Machine Learning Development (15%)

Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications.

Develop and deploy machine learning models using

TensorFlow PyTorch Build and optimize computer vision solutions using OpenCV. Perform model training, evaluation, and performance tuning.

Analyze model performance using metrics such as

Accuracy Precision Detection performance Support AI-driven application enhancements and intelligent automation initiatives.

Architecture & Solution Design (20%)

Participate in application architecture and solution design activities. Design modern cloud-based application architectures.

Develop scalable solutions using

Microservices architecture RESTful APIs Serverless architecture Cloud-native design patterns Define and implement secure front-end, back-end, and API architecture. Design reusable application components and enterprise solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and state management. Apply software architecture principles and industry best practices.

Support secure application design using

OAuth 2.0 JWT Authentication Session Management Web Security Practices Engineering Leadership & Collaboration (10%) Provide technical leadership and mentorship within development teams. Establish and promote software engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Architects, and stakeholders.

Participate in Agile delivery practices including
