Software Developer – Full Stack – Senior (RQ11399)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Developer to support the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-level digital solutions within a complex public-sector environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across the complete technology stack, including front-end development, back-end services, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps, and modern software architecture.

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Azure cloud services, database technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and AI/ML solution development. Experience with computer vision, machine learning models, and cloud-native architecture will be highly valued.

Full Stack Application Development & Engineering Delivery (55%)

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. Translate technical specifications into fully tested software solutions.

Develop scalable front-end applications using

React.js Next.js Node.js Develop robust backend services using: Python FastAPI .NET Core C# Design and implement RESTful APIs and application integrations.

Develop and maintain data pipelines involving

Data extraction Data transformation Data loading processes Create reusable, modular, and testable software components. Implement responsive UI designs and modern user interface architectures.

Build applications optimized for

Performance Scalability Security Maintainability Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, and technical troubleshooting. Support application deployment, migration, and production issue resolution.

Cloud, Database & DevOps Engineering

Develop and support cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure. Design applications leveraging modern cloud architectures. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices. Work with Azure DevOps tools and Agile delivery platforms.

Design and optimize database solutions including

Azure SQL Server SQL Server Oracle Cosmos DB Redis Cache Perform database optimization activities including: Query tuning Stored procedures Triggers Functions Encryption Performance optimization Utilize Azure Key Vault for secure secrets and configuration management. Support container-based application packaging and deployment.

AI / Machine Learning Development (15%)

Design, integrate, and deploy AI/ML capabilities within enterprise applications.

Develop and train machine learning models using

TensorFlow PyTorch Build computer vision solutions using: OpenCV Perform model evaluation and optimization using metrics including: Accuracy Precision Detection performance Support AI-driven automation and intelligent application enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams on ML model integration and deployment.

Architecture & Solution Design (20%)

Participate in application architecture and technical solution design.

Design modern cloud-based architectures using

Microservices RESTful APIs Serverless architecture patterns Develop secure and scalable application solutions across: Front-end layers API services Back-end systems Database platforms Define application integration patterns and technical standards. Optimize application performance and state management. Create reusable architecture components and frameworks. Apply software design principles and enterprise architecture best practices.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration (10%)

Provide technical leadership within development teams. Establish and promote engineering best practices. Mentor developers and contribute to technical excellence.
