About the role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects environments.
- Administer CMS, CMC, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and related BO platform components.
- Manage user access, roles, groups, folders, and security permissions.
- Monitor system health, server performance, and platform availability.
- Perform BO platform migrations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
- Configure and manage report scheduling, publication, and distribution processes.
- Troubleshoot platform, reporting, authentication, and connectivity issues.
- Perform CMS repository maintenance, backup, and recovery activities.
- Optimize BO server performance and resource utilization.
- Support integration with databases, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO solutions.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for report deployment and platform support.
- Manage production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and runbooks.
- Ensure platform compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements.
- Participate in on-call support and production release activities.
