Client is looking for a Senior Creative Designer who thrives in a hands-on, fully equipped shop environment and is energized by building high-end, custom displays and marketing activations from concept through fabrication. You'll contribute to functional, detail-driven designs for client spaces, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, feasibility, and execution. As a Senior Creative Designer, you'll work alongside Project Managers, Sales, Graphics, and Production teams to develop drawings and specifications for custom retail and experiential builds. You'll play a critical role in bridging design intent with real-world manufacturing, ensuring quality and precision at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom millwork, metal, and mixed-material displays and marketing activations for globally recognized brands
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models for a wide range of custom fabrication projects using Fusion, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Prepare accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) and technical specifications
• Collaborate with clients, Account Managers, and Project Managers to review design intent, constraints, and requirements
• Ensure drawings and documentation are clear, complete, and production-ready
• Partner with Project Management and Production teams to ensure builds are executed to spec and meet client expectations
• Participate in design reviews, offering thoughtful feedback to improve function, efficiency, and aesthetics
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout design and fabrication phases
• Support additional design and production-related initiatives as needed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Design or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in retail fixture, millwork, or custom fabrication design
• Proficiency in Fusion and related CAD/design tools
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and construction techniques used in retail and experiential environments
