As a Dishwasher at Food Dudes, you play a key role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly during both daily production and large-scale catering operations. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and efficient dish area while supporting the culinary team with the flow of equipment, cookware and kitchen supplies. Your work helps ensure our chefs always have the tools they need to deliver high-quality food and service.Dishwashers are an essential part of the kitchen team and contribute to maintaining our standards for cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and properly store all dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards.

• Ensure a consistent flow of clean equipment and service ware back to the kitchen during busy production periods.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area, kitchen and prep spaces.

• Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing items and storing food and supplies in designated areas.

• Support the culinary team by restocking kitchen items, including utensils, containers and service equipment.

• Handle waste and recycling, ensuring garbage bins are emptied regularly and the area remains clean and sanitary.

• Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown, including organizing equipment and clearing workstations.

• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify a supervisor when items need to be replenished.

• Follow all Food Dudes health, safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
