About The Role
- Review and verify applicant income and employment information
- Process any income and/or trailing documents received
- Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standard and turnaround times
- Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve issues
- Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Carefully review applicant proof of income and employment documentation to ensure legitimacy and accuracy
- Contact employers over the phone to further corroborate the information in a professional manner
- Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders
- Perform all other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- You possess exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency.
- You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills.
- You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigative skills
- You communicate clearly over the phone and have strong listening skills.
- You can manage a busy workflow and multi-task effectively.
- You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Previous experience in a lending, automotive-related business, or financial services
- Post-secondary education
Working condition The shift for this role will be 11:00-7:00 PM EST Monday to Friday with aleternating Saturday. Schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.

What You Can Expect - Pay & Process
- Expected base hourly rate range of $19.50$- $23.60
- This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
