As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that enable business success. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — advising leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development while helping translate business priorities into impactful people initiatives.
This12-month contract rolewill provide senior-level People & Culture partnership to business leaders during a period of growth and leadership transition. It is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys influencing leadership decisions, navigating complex people challenges, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What will you do?
- Partner with Principals and Discipline Leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies related to organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and team effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and leadership challenges.
- Coach leaders on performance management, team development, and complex employee matters.
- Support leaders in identifying high-potential talent and strengthening the firm’s leadership pipeline through thoughtful development and career planning discussions.
- Support organizational change initiatives including team restructuring, growth planning, and leadership alignment.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to deliver integrated talent programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Use workforce data and insights to inform leadership decisions and identify trends related to engagement, performance, and retention.
- Support leaders in building high-performing, inclusive teams that align with Entuitive’s values and culture.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed?
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a strategic HR Business Partner role with clear examples of impact on team performance, leadership capability, or organizational outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people initiatives to business priorities and outcomes.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with leaders.
- Strong coaching capability and high emotional intelligence when supporting leaders through complex people situations.
- Ability to influence leaders and drive accountability for people and culture priorities.
- Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting leaders in a professional services, consulting, or project-based environment is considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. CHRL designation is considered an asset.

Compensation, Benefits, & Total Rewards
