Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome players to the table with professionalism and friendliness.
• Explain the rules of the game to novice players to help them integrate easily.
• Ensure the integrity and fairness of the games between players.
• Handle monetary transactions related to chip exchanges.
• Run the game according to the rules and with a constant focus on integrity.
• Collect losing bets and distribute winnings to the winners according to established rules.
• Maintain a smooth game flow in line with standards.
• Build and retain a customer base with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Support operations by informing the manager of chip refill or credit needs.
• Report any problematic or unusual situations to the manager requiring attention.
• Perform all other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of your table.

Requirements:

• Availability to attend mandatory paid full-time training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Excellent mental math skills with high accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Salary: $18 per hour + tips Schedule: Average 24 to 35 hours/week (Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM) and weekends between 11 AM and 3 AM Status: Permanent
