###Agropur is a leading manufacturer of ice cream, novelties and mochi in Canada. We are accepting applications for our production facility located at****85 Blakeney Drive, Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada.
###What the Ice Cream Packer role is about:
- ###Starting pay at $21.23
- ###Duties include all areas of production or warehouse as required.
- ###Ability to follow precise procedures, possess excellent hand and eye coordination. -Working in a -35 degrees Celsius environment
- ###Effectively communicate and work well with others.
- ###**The schedules will vary week by week. Must be available to work up to 40 hours a week including****night shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.**Hours are based on production need.
###What you need to be an Ice Cream Packer:
- ###Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- ###Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) and work in a fast-pace environment.
- ###A strong commitment to workplace safety.
- ###Previous experience in a food processing plant or warehouse environment will be considered an asset.
