Qualifications:

• 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics roles; 3+ years in a managerial capacity and adoption of AI tools to increase dev productivity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in accelerating data-driven decisions and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong bias for action, continuous improvement, and driving tangible business results
• Flexible, able to attend meetings etc., outside of regular working hours
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural global environment
