The** Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese ** (the CISVA) operates 46 schools – 40 elementary and 6 high schools. Our schools are located throughout the Greater Vancouver Area, near the best sites and attractions that Vancouver and British Columbia has to offer. ABOUT

Corpus Christi Elementary School is a fun and joyful faith community centered on Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. We integrate our shared Catholic faith in our daily lives, through the celebration of the Mass, prayer, and liturgical celebrations. JOB DESCRIPTION

Corpus Christi Catholic elementary school is seeking a full-time kindergarten teacher for 2026-2027 school year. Interested applicants must have a strong commitment to the Catholic faith, demonstrate competency with the redesigned curriculum (i.e., inquiry-based learning and interactive technology), and be willing to work in a team atmosphere. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience with early literacy and numeracy skills, as well as various intervention strategies and processes. The successful candidate would also assist with extra-curricular programs and activities.

There is the possibility that this short-term position may be extended into the 2027-2028 school year.

All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply.
