Kaseya is seeking a proactive and results-driven Renewal Manager to manage the end-to-end contract renewal lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retention, reducing churn, uncovering growth opportunities and working closely with Account Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
###Key Responsibilities:
**Renewal and Retention Management:**Manage the full renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and strong customer satisfaction. Identify at-risk accounts early and implement strategies to prevent churn.
**Customer Relationship Management:**Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning their needs with Kaseya's solutions and acting as a trusted advisor during renewal conversations.
**Revenue Growth and Expansion:**Identify upsell, cross-sell and revival opportunities within your portfolio. Position additional solutions based on customer needs to maximize account value.
**Negotiation and Deal Management:**Lead contract negotiations while balancing customer retention and company revenue goals. Handle complex scenarios with confidence, problem-solving and clear communication.
**Collaboration:**Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to align on account strategy, risk management and revenue opportunities. Ensure a coordinated and proactive approach to customer engagement.
**CRM and Pipeline Management:**Use Salesforce to track renewals, customer interactions and opportunities. Maintain accurate forecasting and documentation throughout the renewal lifecycle.
**Process Improvement:**Continuously identify opportunities to improve renewal processes, increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
###Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management or sales-focused roles
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and forecasting
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets

###Compensation**:**
Base salary will be commensurate with experience within a range of CAD 80,000 to CAD 110,000 , with additional variable compensation tied to performance.
