About the role
Merchandiser – Image Audits and In-Store Verifications – $25/hour
M30 Retail Services is a merchandising company based in Calgary that provides merchandising services to retailers across Canada. Our merchandising representatives are dedicated and experienced, and we are committed to delivering quality service to our clients.
We are currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to complete store visits and various audit/verification tasks in the Vancouver area. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-store audits, database updates, purchasing and packaging products, and shipping them to our client's office according to established guidelines. This role requires regular travel within the Greater Vancouver Area, strong organizational skills, strong tech skills and the ability to work independently. From time to time, the successful candidate may also be asked to support merchandising projects, including planogram (POG) updates, display maintenance and inventory tasks.

Location: Vancouver, BC
Wage: $25/hour + vacation pay + mileage reimbursement
Start Date: June 1st, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 8-hour daytime shifts
Responsibilities:
- Complete store visits according to the established schedule to conduct product image audits;
- Scan products by category using a laptop and barcode scanner to validate the accuracy of product data and images within the internal database;
- Identify discrepancies between in-store products and displayed images (missing or incorrect product images);
- Purchase products requiring image or data updates;
- Package and ship purchased products to our client's office according to established procedures;
- Document and submit visit reports in Excel and Access using the provided tools, ensuring accurate and complete data entry;
- Maintain clear and professional communication with managers and store personnel;
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all submitted data while following established procedures;
- Support merchandising projects as needed, including planogram (POG) updates, display maintenance, product organization, and visual compliance in-store.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between store locations;
- Comfortable using technology and working daily on a laptop, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and web-based databases/platforms;
- Ability to use or quickly learn barcode scanning equipment and follow structured procedures;
- Strong attention to detail when verifying and validating product images according to established guidelines;
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized, with the ability to manage store visits independently and meet deadlines;
- Previous merchandising and/or planogram (POG) experience is considered an asset.
