About the role
We're seeking aDirector of Solutions Marketingto lead the development and commercialization ofpackaged consulting and research offeringsforReach3 InsightsandAngus Reid— two leading brands within the Rival Group ecosystem.
This is astrategic, high-impact rolefor a marketing leader who knows how to turn expertise into scalable products — someone who can work across consulting, sales, and marketing teams to shape offerings that driverecurring revenue, market differentiation, and brand growth.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll get to work on the developmentand execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our solutions across target markets.

###What you'll do:
-Solution Development & Positioning
- Partner with senior consulting and research leaders to conceptualize, define, and package new solutions that align with client needs and business growth objectives.
- Translate consulting capabilities into scalable, repeatable offerings with clear value propositions, pricing models, and differentiators.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and refine solution positioning.
- Ensure all offerings are clearly articulated through consistent, market-ready messaging and documentation.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop and execute launch plans for new and existing solutions, in partnership with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
- Define target segments, messaging frameworks, and proof points for each solution.
- Build sales enablement tools (e.g., one-pagers, battle cards, pitch decks) to help consulting teams communicate value consistently.
- Support internal readiness — training consulting and business development teams on positioning, use cases, and value articulation.
Revenue Enablement & Optimization
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish recurring revenue models for packaged solutions.
- Use client and market feedback to refine solution offerings and ensure alignment with evolving client challenges.
- Monitor performance and adoption metrics to continuously optimize offerings for growth and profitability.
Collaboration & Influence
- Work cross-functionally with leaders acrossAngus Reid, Reach3, and Rival Technologiesto align messaging, pricing, and GTM execution.
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to the consulting teams, balancing innovation with commercial discipline.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop thought leadership and content that reinforces each solution's positioning in the market.
###What You'll Have:
- 10+ years of experience inproduct marketing or solutions marketingforprofessional services, consulting, or insights-based organizations.
- Proven ability toproductize services— translating consulting capabilities into scalable, repeatable offerings.
- Deep understanding ofgo-to-market strategy, value proposition development, and pricing for service-based businesses.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing senior business leaders and consultants.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator; skilled at articulating business value through compelling narratives.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded; able to assess opportunity sizing and ROI.
- Hands-on operator who thrives in afast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Based in or able to work closely with teams inVancouver, BC.

We're committed to pay equity/fair pay practices and closing the gender salary gap.
- Pay range for this role:$130,000 - $150,000 CADdepending on experience
