What You'll Do
Design challenging, graduate-level chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance Develop clear, well-structured solutions with step-by-step logic that AI systems can learn from Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and depth Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across domains including chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model capabilities
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research assessment
Familiarity with AI language models or prompt-based tools Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
