Role: Frontend Web Developer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $30 - $130/hour

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Frontend Developer (React) to work on a Contractor basis. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications to support the training of next-generation AI systems. Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver features aligned with user needs and technical feasibility.
• Translate wireframes and visual designs into interactive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth and code quality.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend trends and advocate for improvements in development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) with a strong understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and hooks.
• Experience designing and optimizing responsive web applications for cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, such as Webpack, Babel, and testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
• Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces with attention to accessibility and usability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
